A new month means a fresh start, and as we head into the final stretch of the year, we thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce ourselves!

We’re the This Girl Sells Houses Team with ERA Real Solutions Realty, proudly helping buyers and sellers throughout Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.

Meet Melissa Maxwell

I’m Melissa Maxwell, Team Lead of the This Girl Sells Houses Team. For 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home.

Over the years, I’ve helped clients through more than 1,000 home sales, but for me, real estate has never been just about houses.

It’s about people, homes and next chapters.

Whether someone is buying their very first home, downsizing after decades in the same house, relocating for a new opportunity, selling an estate, investing, or simply wondering what their home may be worth, my goal is to make the process easier and provide honest, experienced guidance along the way.
